Proficiency in English

Candidates must submit proof of their knowledge of English, i.e., submit formal test evidence from one of the internationally recognized tests, to be received at CSUCA no later than 31 March 2010.

The preferred international tests are TOEFL and IELTS, with the following minimum scores:

Start Planning the English Test Now!

Candidates must start planning their English tests as soon as possible, if they don’t already have proof of their English skills or are exempted from a test.

Register early for the best chance of reserving a seat on the preferred date and location. Regular registration for TOEFL test closes seven days before the test day (not including the day of the test). The registration for IELTS closes about 6 weeks prior the test day.

Write the English test no later than in February to be able to provide a formal test evidence of English knowledge on 31 March 2010.

Results

Both tests provide the service of sending official score reports to selected institutes and agencies. Please fill in the registration form so that the result is sent to CSUCA. CSUCA is an approved recipient for TOEFL results and the results will be sent directly to CSUCA by using the code number: 4271. The alternative is to send the official score report by regular mail to CSUCA.

The availability for seats on location and dates is not guaranteed, since it changes from day to day. Check the offical web sites of TOEFL and IELTS for updated information!
