Since many organisations are involved in the selection procedure, the following timetable will be strictly adhered to!

31 March 2010 23:59 local Swedish time (17:59 Dominican Republic; 16:59 Panama; 15:59 Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua)	Deadline for fourth call for applications and submitting additional material, see below.
31 March 2010	Deadline for submitting additional material to CSUCA: a) Academic records b) Proof of English skills: TOEFL or IELTS scores c) Confirmed affiliation
9 April	Candidates selected for interviews get notified
19–23 April 2010	Interviews in Santo Domingo
1 September 2010	Autumn semester starts at Uppsala University

Further Clarifications

The online application is open from 11 January 2010 and will close on 31 March 2010, at 23:59 local Swedish time. The web site will close down automatically at this exact time, and applications will NOT be possible to submit at any later time!

All candidates must present the following additional material to CSUCA no later than 31 March 2010:

1. Academic records. Originals or certified copies of both degree certificate/s and transcript/s of records will be required. Although only the highest degree should be given in the online form, all candidates are requested to submit records for all their academic degrees.
2. Proof of skills in English (see English Proficiency).
3. Confirmed affiliation with the hub university

On 9 April 2010, CSUCA will inform the candidates selected for interviews. The interviews will be around 60 minutes long with an interview panel. The result of the interviews will be given shortly after the interviews.
